I’m Demét, founder of Designer Programs.
For nearly four decades, I’ve worked in senior roles across major corporate environments, shaping leadership, customer experience, operations, transformation, and organisational design. My career spans insurance, banking, taxation, manufacturing and health, where I’ve led meaningful business improvement with clear results.
Today, I bring all of that experience together in one role. I work alongside founders and leaders to understand what is really happening inside their business, identify what is getting in the way and design practical solutions that work in the real world.
I look at the whole system. I don’t hand you a report and disappear. I work as an embedded strategic partner. We co design the solution together and, when needed, I stay alongside you through implementation until the change becomes part of how the business actually operates.
